Can we bring a pet?
Unfortunately not. Pets cannot be brought into the house, and we cannot make an exception to this.
Can we come with children?
The house is furnished for two adults: there is no extra bed or cot. Guests aged 9 and over are charged the adult rate. If you are planning to come with a child, write to us in advance and we will see what we can arrange.
Where can we park?
Right next to the house, in our own free car park. No need to look for a space in the street.
When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, check-out between 08:00 and 10:00. If that does not fit your plans, let us know in advance.
Can we check out later?
If no guest is arriving the next day, you can stay until 12:00. We can confirm this after your booking, as it depends on the calendar.
Can we pay by SZÉP card?
Yes, from the accommodation sub-account, through the SimplePay system. Online we can only accept SZÉP cards issued by OTP Bank – with a card from another issuer we cannot take a SZÉP payment on site either.
How do the sauna and the hot tub work?
Both belong to the house, and you do not share them with anyone. We show you how they work when you arrive. Heating times: TODO: heating times. Usage fees: TODO: wellness surcharges.
What is the cancellation policy?
The flexible plan can be cancelled free of charge up to TODO: days before arrival. With the non-refundable plan, no refund is due in case of cancellation. The details are on the rates and conditions page.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the house. We give you the password on arrival.
Where can we eat nearby?
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you are welcome to cook. If you would rather eat out, there is a choice in the surrounding villages and in Bonyhád; we are happy to recommend a place before you arrive, and to tell you where it is worth booking a table.
Can we smoke in the house?
Not inside. On the terrace and in the garden, yes – please do not leave cigarette ends in the garden.
Do we need to bring bed linen and towels?
No. Bed linen, towels and slippers are all provided and included in the price.
