The voucher arrives by email within minutes of your purchase, in printable form. The person you give it to picks the dates themselves – and if the booking costs more, they pay only the difference.
Good to know
- The voucher applies to one booking and can be redeemed only once.
- Its value is deducted from the amount payable; if the booking costs more, the difference is paid at booking.
- If the booking costs less, the remainder is neither refunded nor left on the voucher.
- The voucher is not tied to a name: whoever enters the code can redeem it.
The voucher can be redeemed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
