What it costs, and what you pay up front

The price depends on the number of nights and on which days they fall. You see the exact amount during booking, once you have picked your dates – no rounding and no hidden items.

How the price is made up

Price per night
Weekdays and weekends are priced differently; what counts is the day of the night itself. Current prices: TODO: weekday price and TODO: weekend price.
Minimum stay
At weekends and in holiday periods the minimum stay is more than one night. Current rule: TODO: minimum nights.
Occupancy
The house is furnished for two adults, and the price applies to that. There is no extra bed or cot. Guests aged 9 and over are charged the adult rate.

Two rate plans

The same house and the same service – the difference is in flexibility and price.

Flexible

If your plans may still change.
- Free cancellation up to TODO: days before arrival
- Only a deposit is due at booking: TODO: deposit amount
- The balance is due TODO: days before arrival
Non-refundable
TODO: price of the non-refundable plan
If your dates are certain and you want the best price.
- Discount against the flexible rate: TODO: discount amount
- The full amount is due at booking
- No refund in case of cancellation

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is set by the local council and appears on top of the accommodation price, as a separate item. The amount: TODO: tourist tax per person per night. No tax is due for guests under TODO: tourist tax exemption age.

Cancellation

Flexible plan: free cancellation up to TODO: days before arrival, and we refund what you have paid.
Non-refundable plan: no refund in case of cancellation.
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used.
You can notify us of a cancellation at TODO: email address or by phone.

Payment methods

Bank card
Online card payment through the SimplePay system. We never see or store your card details.
SZÉP card
Hungarian SZÉP card payments also go through SimplePay, from the accommodation sub-account. Online, only SZÉP cards issued by OTP Bank can be accepted.
