Terms and conditions

1. Details of the provider

Name of provider: TODO: name of provider. Registered seat: TODO: registered seat. Tax number: TODO: tax number.

Accommodation: Horizont Haus, 7181 Tevel, Tanya utca 3., Hungary. Registration number: MA26125583. The provider is a private host (individual provider).

2. Subject of the contract

The provider lets the whole of Horizont Haus to the guest for the period stated in the booking, for a maximum of 2 adults. Besides the rooms, the guest may use the terrace, the garden, the sauna and the hot tub.

The contract comes into being when the provider confirms the booking.

3. Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes final once the order has been placed on the website and the payment has been completed successfully. The guest receives an automatic confirmation email about the successful payment.

The provider is not obliged to fulfil a booking placed when no capacity is available; in such a case any amount paid is refunded without delay.

4. Prices and tourist tax

Prices are in Hungarian forint and include value added tax. Prices cover the accommodation fee.

The tourist tax is payable on top of the accommodation fee; the amount is TODO: tourist tax per person per night. Guests under TODO: exemption age limit are exempt.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or SZÉP card through the SimplePay online payment system. The provider neither learns nor stores card details.

Online card payments are carried out through the SimplePay system. Card details do not reach the merchant.

Data transfer declaration (draft)

• I acknowledge that the following personal data of mine, stored by TODO: name of data controller (TODO: registered seat) as data controller in the user database of the horizonthaus website, will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135–139. B. ép. 5. em., Hungary) as data processor.
• The data transferred by the data controller: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and the details and amount of the booking.
• The nature and purpose of the data processing carried out by the data processor can be viewed in the SimplePay privacy notice: simplepay.hu/adatkezelesi-tajekoztatok

6. Cancellation and amendment

With the flexible rate plan, the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to TODO: days before arrival, in which case the provider refunds the amount paid. If cancelled later, the deposit paid is not refunded.

With the non-refundable rate plan, no refund is due in case of cancellation or no-show.

The provider accommodates requests for amendment subject to available capacity.

7. Arrival and departure

Arrival on the day of the booking between 15:00 and 18:00, departure between 08:00 and 10:00. Other times are possible by prior arrangement.

Late check-out can be provided if no guest is arriving the following day; the provider confirms this separately.

8. House rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets cannot be brought. Parties, events, stag and hen celebrations are not allowed. There is no extra bed or cot.

The sauna and the hot tub are used at the guest’s own risk. The guest is shown how to operate the equipment on arrival.

9. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage they cause at the accommodation. The provider is liable for the guest’s valuables in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The provider is not liable for an interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, power cut, water outage).

10. Complaints and remedies

Complaints can be submitted at TODO: email address or by calling TODO: phone number. The provider investigates complaints within 30 days.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the guest may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence. The body competent for the provider’s registered seat: TODO: competent conciliation body.

11. Final provisions

Hungarian law applies to any question not regulated by these terms.
